Verse 19: According to BibleStudyTools.com this means throwing their babies into the river to drown.

Verse 54: #1 Other translations read, “furious” instead of “cut to the heart”

Verse 58: This is the same Saul who is later named Paul, one who turns his heart to Christ and becomes a church father.

Verse 60: “he fell asleep” means he died
